Iphone Editing and Texture apps.

 Hi, I’ve been playing around with the superimpose app this last week and having great fun!. As you can see I started out with two base images which I imported to my camera roll and edited with Snapseed, distressed fx and mextures, (I know the usual suspects!!). I then imported the first image into superimpose as a background with the second image loaded as the foreground. I was then able to use the transform tool to resize the building and the mask tool to erase the surrounding area. I placed the image on the right hand side and used the blur edges tool to help blend in! I then merged into one image before saving to my camera roll. Then I imported back to snapseed for some minor tweaking and a frame before finishing. I find that these blending apps are really powerful and once you experiment with them for a bit eventually become an important part of the editing. 

 I’ve always liked taking pictures of plant life especially wild flowers and plants. I’m lucky to live near lots of open space and a big country park on my doorstep, so manage to get out quite a lot to capture some fascinating subjects. This image was taken in Winter of some seed heads (wild Angelica I think) I think they look like visitors from another Planet!. Processed in snapseed, distressed fx and mextures.

 Some Snowdrops from my garden last spring, taken with a Nikon D90 and processed on my iphone5 using snapseed, distressed fx and mextures. Also some Tulips again growing wild in my garden processed as before..
